·What shall I wear?

A hat and sunglasses are useful accessories that can protect you from overexposure to the sun. Light clothing can be comfortable in summer heat conditions.

·What shoes shall I choose?

At the deck of the boat we don’t use shoes, barefoot is comfortable and easy. But if you want to walk on shore, a pair of flip flops or sandals can be a pretty comfortable choice. In case that you would like to hike inland, away from shores ,as if you would like to visit the castle at the top of Gramvousa island, then for this 1/2hour walk at the Ballos cruise, a pair of sneakers will do the job perfectly.

·Do I have to use facial and body sunblock cream?

Yes, it is highly recommended.

·What else do I need to carry with me?

We also recommend having your smile and your bathing suit with you.

·How much time before arrival shall I be at the yacht?

10 minutes before are enough.

·Do I need to contact you before my arrival ?

It is not necessary, but our contact mail and telephone will be at your disposal for every information , question  and quote you might need.

·A member of my company has a medical condition, do I need to mention?

Yes please, inform the front office at the time of your booking , describing the medical condition on your quote form , for your safety. The boat has an extended pharmacy for almost every emergency need , but if you are on medication, please carry your personal medicine.

·It is necessary for everybody to know how to swim ?

Yes, according to the Greek law you need to know how to swim in order to cruise with a boat as a passenger.

·What about the children?

There is a limit at age according to our policy, so the children on board have to be at least 8 years old. Off course, any pasenger who is not an adult needs to be escorted by at least one parent.  All children under 16 years old need  to wear a life jacket during the cruise.

·What if the weather conditions are bad?

Then we cancel the cruise and you get a full refund of the cost. Alternatively,  you can choose to pick another cruise , to a destination less exposed to the specific weather conditions, according to  the yacht captain proposal, or you can change time and day of the cruise, according to the yacht charter availability. It's your decision  which of those three options you might follow.

·Who can decide if the weather is bad?

The first restriction is for safety reasons. The Hellenic coast guard is responsible to cancel all sea journeys when the sea conditions or the weather forecast prediction are bad at that time or the near future. The second restriction is for your comfort. Even if there is no safety issue, the yacht captain is authorized to decide the cancelation of a cruise, in case that the weather conditions at a cruise are off pleasure limits. In both cases, the paid cruise cost is fully refundable.

·Are there other reasons, aside from the weather, which can cause the cancelation of a cruise ?

Yes , the captain has the authority to cancel the cruise, if he decides that your comfort or safety is in danger for any technical reason. In this case, the paid cruise cost is fully refundable.

·Can I recall my booked cruise?

 Yes of course you can, and the  50% of the total cost of the cruise  is refundable.
